INGREDIENTS:- 200 g of macaroni
- 200 g mushrooms
- 50 g of serrano ham
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 onion
- olive oil
- vegetable stock (optional)
- grated cheese
Cook the macaroni al dente. Drain and reserve. Clean the mushrooms very well and cut them small; Reserve. In a casserole with oil, saute the onion and, when it becomes colored, add the diced ham. Sauté and add the tomatoes, and season.
Let cook slowly until it is reduced a little. Add the mushrooms and saute about 15 minutes. Add a little water or vegetable stock and let reduce. Add the macaroni, mix well, put pepper and salt rectify.
Put in a baking dish, add 100 g of grated cheese and, above, a few balls of butter. Gratin until the cheese is golden and serve very hot. Delicious!
