This coffee is one of those who put the batteries. Actually it is basically a snack or full breakfast. And also the perfect break when you need a punch of vitality based on good coffee and energy fruit.

To prepare this delicious coffee you need.

INGREDIENTS (4 people):
- Coffee
- 1 banana
- Whipping cream
- 0.5 dl of liquid caramel
- 2 Digestive cookies
- 4 teaspoons of sugar
- Vanilla pod

Step 1


Put a saucepan on the fire with 2 dl of cream, 4 teaspoons of sugar and a vanilla pod. Keep until the cream starts to boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let cool. Remove the vanilla pod.

Step 2


Beat the cream with some rods until riding. Put the saucepan in the freezer for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, make 4 dl of espresso over low heat for 5 minutes. Remove and reserve.

Step 3


Crush cookies to reduce them to crumbs. Peel the banana. Cut it into 4 pieces. Smear it with caramel and batter with the cookie. Serve the coffee with a scoop of ice cream and the banana with caramel.
